7 1/2" wide padded nylon arm slings with premium sharkskin neoprene lining for non slip super arm grip, oversize extra heavy duty solid steel alloy snap on hooks on Super Abs 1 model, buckle closure on Super Abs 2 model, and on both designs 2" wide heavy 2 ply nylon webb straps, for use with an overhead or chin up bar in training and isolating abs and obliques. Super Abs 1 fits up to a 2 1/2" diameter round bar, Super Abs 2 fits a square brace bar or round bar.
